It is Push Industries' goal to provide excellent quality customer service. Part of the customer service is sending pick up mails with ETAs for delivery and delivery mails upon delivery. If the contractor is a corporation, mail the CEO, unless otherwise instructed. You can use the The Queue to send automatically composed mails. Mails generated by The Queue will be sent to the individual who issued the contract even it was on behalf of a corporation. You can also send mails manually using the EVEmail Generator.
Customer Preferences
Not all our customers want mails send to them. The following is a list of people who have told Push Industries that they do not want the standard pick up and delivery mails sent to them.
