If you are doing multiple contracts for one customer to and from the same places, and the completion times of those contracts are not separated by long intervals of time, just send one pick up (ETA) mail and one delivery mail marked with x + # of contracts (x2 = for 2 contracts, x5 = for 5 contracts) in the title of the pick up/delivery mail (i.e. "Your Push Industries Delivery x2 (Amarr > Jita)").
