== Reserving JF Contracts ==
To reserve a contract or set of contracts just send a mail out to PushJF mailing list with the title "I reserve..." and the contracts you are planning to do. Posting a message in Push Internal (without sending a mail in PushJF) is not sufficient to reserve a JF contract. DO NOT TAKE CONTRACTS RESERVED BY OTHER JF Pilots. '''You CANNOT reserve rush JF contracts.'''
== Special Cases ==
#'''Split JF Contracts:''' Customers are allowed to break a single JF contract up into several sub-JF contracts (all going from the same pick up station to the same destination station) if the number of item stacks in the contract exceeds EVE Online's item stack limit for contracts. The total combined volume of these sub-JF contracts cannot total more than the 337,500 m3 limit for jump freight couriers. These sub-JF contracts will be identified by 1/3, 2/3, 3/3, etc. in the contract description. Since the JF contract is split into several sub-JF contracts the reward and collateral will be spread across all the sub-JF contracts. These sub-JF contracts are meant and designed to be delivered together, not separately, so DO NOT take 1/2 of a JF contract while leaving 2/2 behind for another JF Pilot to complete. '''Split JF contracts must be picked up from the same station. Sub-JF contracts CANNOT come from multiple stations in the same system.'''<br>&nbsp;
#'''Containers :''' Containers are not allowed in JF contracts. It is often too difficult for a contractor to reach these dangerous and remote locations. An alternative to using containers in JF contracts is to split the JF contract into several sub-JF contacts. JF Pilots are also allowed to make special arrangements with the customer to pick up and deliver a JF contract containing containers as long as the '''JF Pilot making the arrangements with the customer is the one who actually completes the JF contract'''.
== Erroneous JF Contracts ==
Please see the [[Contract_Management|Contract Management]] article for more information on erroneous JF contracts and how to deal with them.
== Persistently Dangerous JF Contracts ==
'''Not all null sec NPC stations are realistically accessible.''' Always check to make sure you can get a cyno to the station '''BEFORE''' you accept the contract. If you cannot get a cyno to the station within a few attempts contact a Senior Pusher or Push Executive and ask them to reject the contract on the basis of persistent danger. We DO NOT expect you to lose 15 cynos trying to complete a JF contract.
== Customer Service ==
As a JF Pilot you are specifically responsible for monitoring the PushX channel for and answering questions about the jump freight service.
== Tips ==
*A useful guide to setting up your cyno can be found [http://i.imgur.com/sHkC0.jpg here].
*Keeping your cyno 10km from the station will reduce the likelyhood of bouncing more than at 5km-7.5km.
*Having 2 cynos on different accounts will make completing JF contracts much faster.
*When lighting a cyno have your jump freighter out in space already so that you can jump to your cyno immediately. This will reduce the chances of your cyno being destroyed while you are jumping, which will cause your jump freighter to land at a random spot in the system.
*'''NEVER, EVER''' warp from one station to another in the same null sec system as you could LOSE YOUR SHIP AND CARGO. There could be interdiction bubbles near your destination station.
*Always carry extra jump fuel to resupply your jump freighter and extra cyno fuel and cyno generators to resupply your cynos in your jump freighter. This will save you time if your route takes more fuel than you expected or if your cyno(s) get destroyed.
*Also have your cyno move their clone to a station near where they will be cynoing incase they get destroyed so they won't have to fly all the way back.
*Check to be sure that you have enough jump fuel to actually make a round trip. In extreme circumstances it may be possible that you must refuel before you have reentered safe space.

Access List

We will add haulers to the access list that request to be added. There is no need to add everyone if not everybody is going to be doing citadel contracts, so please ask to be added to the list. BEFORE YOU ACCEPT YOUR FIRST CONTRACT TO A PUSHX CITADEL, CONFIRM THAT YOUR HAULER IS ON THE ACCESS LIST. Once you have confirmed your hauler is on the access list your character will remain on the list until you quit or you are informed other wise. In other words, once you confirm you're on the list it's safe to assume you'll be able to dock at any of our citadels.

Citadel Fee and Dues

The cost of Citadel contracts to the customer is: - One-time installation fee of half the price of Astahuas Citadal - NPC Null prices + 25m Citadel fee per contract that goes to PushX, it is not part of the hauler's reward.

JF pilots pick up the 25m citadel fee for the corp when you complete the contracts and the 25m will be added to your dues in PIR. Then, at the end of each week, you pay your dues like normal. PIR will bundle the Citadel fees with your normal dues to make it easy for everyone. The regular dues of 3% per contract will only apply to the hauler reward for the contract, the 25m Citadel fee is not calculated in that.

The Citadel Fee is for us make back the cost of the citadel and for purchasing more citadels in the future or replacements for when one inevitably dies in a fire (that will be fun!)
