-JF pilots pick up the 25m citadel fee for the corp when you complete the contracts and the 25m will be added to your dues in PIR. Then, at the end of each week, you pay your dues like normal. PIR will bundle the Citadel fees with your normal dues to make it easy for everyone. The regular dues of 3% per contract will only apply to the hauler reward for the contract, the 25m Citadel fee is not calculated in that.
-The Citadel Fee is for us to make back the cost of the citadel and for purchasing more citadels in the future or replacements for when one inevitably dies in a fire (that will be fun!)
